Do I need to know Frappe or ERPNext?
No. EasyERP is made for people who just want to use their ERP. You create a site, add apps and work. We handle servers, updates and the technical details.
What does it cost?
Open-source apps are always free. We charge for servers and maintenance (your plan), for paid custom apps, and for development work you ask us to do. The pricing page shows the live plans.
Which ERPs do you support?
Frappe and ERPNext today. EasyERP is built as a connector, so other ERPs can follow. Tell us which one you would like to see next.
What if an app install fails?
We back up first and check the app fits before installing. If something still goes wrong, the change is rolled back automatically and our team is alerted. You do not need to do anything.
Can I use my own server?
Yes. Wexlo Labs can set up and configure your ERP on a server you own. That is a paid service, billed by the hour for the work you request.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can download backups of your site at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account and data.
What does early access mean?
EasyERP is new and we are still building. Server capacity is limited, features are changing and we rely on your feedback. We will tell you before anything changes that affects your site.
