Billing and refund policy

Open-source apps are free. You pay for your plan, paid custom apps and development work. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we will make it right.

What you pay for

Plans: the price shown on the pricing page for the period you choose. It covers servers and maintenance.
Paid custom apps: the price shown before you install.
Development and setup work: billed by the hour against an estimate we agree with you first.

How billing works

Plans are charged for the period you pick. You can let a plan end without renewing, and your site keeps running for the grace period shown in your dashboard.

Refunds

If the service did not work as described, or we made a mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund the affected amount where it is fair.

Paid development work is refundable only for work we have not started or delivered.
