Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your EasyERP account and all its data at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.

Before you ask

Download any backup you want to keep. After deletion we cannot recover it.
Cancel or finish anything paid you no longer need.

How to ask

Sign in and open Account in your dashboard. Delete your sites first, then choose “Delete my account” and type your email address to confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@easyerp.tech from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. For your security we may ask you to confirm by replying to a message we send you.

What we delete

Your account and profile.
Your sites and everything stored in them.
Backups, which are removed once your plan’s backup retention period ends.

What we keep

Billing and tax records, for as long as the law requires them. These are kept apart from your site data.

How long it takes

We aim to finish within 30 days and we will email you when it is done.
