Who we are

EasyERP ("we", "us") is operated by Wexlo Labs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

What EasyERP does

EasyERP lets you create and manage an ERP site, add apps to it, back it up and restore it. Today it supports Frappe and ERPNext.

Your account

• Give us a real email address and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the people you invite.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

What is free and what you pay for

We do not charge for open-source apps. We charge for:

• Your plan, which covers servers and maintenance.
• Paid custom apps from Wexlo Labs or other publishers, at the price shown before you install.
• Development and setup work that you request, billed by the hour at the estimate we agree with you first.

Early access

EasyERP is in early access. Capacity is limited, features and plans can change, and we may pause new sign-ups. We do not promise a specific uptime during this period, but we work hard to keep your site running and to tell you before anything affects it.

Your data

Your data is yours. We only use it to run the service for you. You can download backups of your site and you can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see the delete account page).

You are responsible for the content you store and for having the right to store it.

Apps and custom code

We check that an app fits your version before installing it and we back up first, but we cannot promise that every third-party app is free of bugs. Install apps you trust. We may block or remove an app that is unsafe or breaks other customers.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity.
• No attacks on EasyERP, other customers or other people’s systems.
• No abuse of shared resources, for example mining or large unrelated file hosting.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using EasyERP at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will explain why when we can.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but without guarantees beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. For material changes we will notify you in the dashboard or by email before they take effect.
